Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Naval Acquisition Analyst, Mid to join our team and support pre- and post-award federal contracts. You will draft acquisition documents, manage multiple contracts, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS while leveraging MS Office tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with DoW, Department of Navy, or federal contract management or contract administration.
  • Experience leading a team of contract analysts and overseeing the management of multiple contracts, and with procurement and contract writing systems.
  • Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including acquisition plans, acquisition strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, and technical instructions.
  • Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System ( DFARS )
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools
  • Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations
  • Ability to independently draft all pre-award documentation for an RFP package
  • Ability to independently analyze contracting and financial metrics

Responsibilities

  • Support both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle in client missions.
  • Draft pre-award, award, and post-award documents, including acquisition plans and RFP packages.
  • Develop and maintain acquisition and program-related documentation and artifacts (STRAPs, J&As, TARs, CDRLs, DD 254s).
  • Monitor contract financial allocations, obligations, and expenditures.

Assist with management and oversight of contract actions and milestones, Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Materials deliverables, CDRLs, TIs, and DD 254s. Perform program management duties by assisting with internal and external data calls for contract status, program and finan cia l reviews, program reports, audits, and request for information. Provide general support for program reviews and meetings. Monitor contract finan cia l allocations, obligations, and expenditures.

You Have:
