Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Strategic Communications Specialist to help clients improve operations and manage complex programs. You will analyze current structures, run stakeholder workshops, and craft actionable roadmaps.

You will collaborate with engineers and management teams, translate insights into briefs for executive audiences, and support mission-focused initiatives. This role emphasizes adaptability, clear communication, and delivering tangible outcomes while upholding security

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering or science management, operations research analysis, or financial or cost analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Experience working with executive-level clients.
• Ability to be flexible, proactive, and adaptable to changing client priorities.
• Ability to author briefings and formulate responses to data calls.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree.

You Have:

• 3+ years ofexperiencewith strategic communications or project management
