Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer success activities across DoW accounts, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Support Field Service Representatives with logistics and deployment prep.
• Capture customer feedback, notes, and action items from meetings and field engagements.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, requirements, and initiatives.
• Provide on-site support at customer locations during all project phases.
