Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Mission Coordinator to support the Mission Manager in deploying, adopting, and sustaining LMI’s RFID, GPS tagging, and sensor-mesh solutions for DoD missions. The role is based in Cherry Point, NC with a 2-3 day per week onsite requirement and a focus on customer success and program delivery.

You will help ensure smooth customer engagements, assist field activities and training, and contribute to continuous improvement across programs in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and support customer-facing initiatives.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Secret security clearance; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer success activities across DoW accounts and track actions.
• Assist Field Service Reps with logistics for deployments and training.
• Capture and organize customer feedback and action items from meetings.
• Maintain records of requirements and ongoing initiatives.
• Provide on-site support at customer locations during all project phases.
• Support development of training materials and onboarding resources.
• Document adoption metrics and success stories for internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables and timelines.
