Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program, Systems, and Operations Risk Analyst to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site in Colorado Springs. You will perform risk assessments, develop risk registers and dashboards, and collaborate with cybersecurity, finance, and operations to integrate risk considerations into planning and decision making.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years of full‑time professional experience.
Active Secret clearance required.
U.S. citizen required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for programs, projects, systems, and operations.
Develop and maintain risk registers, risk matrices, and dashboards; track risk status and trends.
Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation, transfer, or acceptance strategies.
Support development of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures (NIST/OMB/ISO 31000).
Conduct scenario analysis and modeling to estimate cost, schedule, performance, and security impacts.
Prepare risk reports, briefings, and presentations for government leadership.
Facilitate risk workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather data and validate assumptions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate risk considerations into planning and decision making.
Monitor regulatory and technology changes and advise on implications.
Ensure work products meet government documentation, quality, and security requirements.
