Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site. You will lead asset management, system sustainment, and verification activities to ensure mission-critical infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications include a STEM bachelor's degree, 7+ years of experience, ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• At least 7 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance, upgrades, and security based on mission impact.
• Analyze asset lifecycles, obsolescence, and vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support to enable facility leadership to protect, sustain, and modernize infrastructure.
• Lead asset identification and reconciliation across the facility.
• Review obsolescence analyses and coordinate with PM, O&M contractor, and partners to mitigate aging risks.
• Maintain MDIOC SE processes and disseminate updates to engineers.
• Perform rapid response, site surveys, and design reviews of critical infrastructure.
• Lead V&V activities including test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Maintain engineering activity dashboards and quarterly stakeholder interviews.
