Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is seeking a Program, Systems, and Operations Risk Analyst to join our Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site in Colorado Springs.

You will perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments across programs, projects, and operations, and develop risk registers and dashboards. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field, 3+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for programs, projects, systems, and operations.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, risk matrices, and dashboards; track risk status and trends.
• Identify emerging risks and issues; recommend mitigation, transfer, or acceptance strategies.
• Support development of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures per standards.
• Prepare risk reports and briefings for government leadership.
