Job summary

Nou Systems is seeking an Intermediate Systems Engineer to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC, on-site in Colorado Springs. You will support the MDIOC Technical Baseline, drive process optimization, and contribute to system-of-systems integration and V&V efforts using Power BI and Cameo.

The role requires a STEM degree, 3+ years of experience, active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship, with on-site responsibilities in a high-visibility defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Standards & Technical Baseline Support: Maintain MDIOC baseline artifacts and verify engineering processes.
• Process Optimization & Integration: Improve MDIOC systems, support SoS integration, and create reporting.
• Program Health & Technical Support: Track performance metrics and assist with engineering plans and reviews.
• Rapid Response & Anomaly Resolution: Analyze data, document findings, and support corrective actions.
