Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Program, Systems, and Operations Risk Analyst to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site. You will perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments across programs and operations, develop risk registers, and present findings to government leadership.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain clearance if not currently active.

Responsibilities

• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for programs, projects, systems, and operations throughout the MDIOC.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, risk matrices, and dashboards; track risk status and trends over time to ensure adequate solutions are employed.
• Identify emerging risks and issues, and recommend pragmatic mitigation, transfer, or acceptance strategies.
• Support development and refinement of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with government standards (e.g., NIST, OMB, ISO 31000).
• Conduct scenario analysis and modeling to estimate impacts on cost, schedule, performance, and security.
• Prepare risk reports, briefings, and presentations for government leadership on a regular basis.
• Facilitate risk workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk considerations into planning.
