Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is seeking a Data and Metrics Analyst to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site. You will drive process optimization, automation design, data collection, and reporting to support mission assurance and leadership decision-making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of experience, an active Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship. Preferred skills include Power Platform, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and building reusable dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizen.
• Specific degree and experience requirements may be waived with government approval of a Labor Category Waiver.

Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Map existing mission assurance business processes, conduct gap analyses for automation and data integration, design future-state processes.
• Automation Design & Development: Build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, with dashboards, workflows, and data integration.
• Data & Reporting: Develop automated reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making and mission readiness.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Translate requirements into technical solutions and promote user adoption.
• Compliance, Security & Governance: Ensure automation solutions meet cybersecurity and records management policies.
