Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join the Mission Engineering team onsite at the MDIOC. The role focuses on the full CM lifecycle and baselining within the MDIOC technical baseline, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure complete configuration control.

The position emphasizes training, process improvement, and strong collaboration with Quality, with a US citizenship requirement and an active Secret clearance. On-site work at the MDIOC facility is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Experience with CM planning, baselining, change management, and CM verification/validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end configuration management lifecycle for MDIOC artifacts.
• Lead change management from initiation to completion.
• Baseline configuration items into MDIOC baselines as required.
• Process, review, and document CM activities for government/contractor reviews.
• Capture and validate CI data from site surveys.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and CM process improvement.
• Collaborate with Quality to resolve findings and implement corrective actions.
• Develop CM processes, work instructions, and training documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with Industry and Government CM policies and procedures.
• Deliver CM training internally and to the Mission Engineering organization.
• Continuously evaluate and improve CM team processes.
