Job summary

Leidos is hiring licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) program as Mission Ready Reserve counselors to support F.E. Warren, WY.

The Mission Ready Reserve team offers flexibility to pick up shifts locally with potential to travel for short-term coverage. These roles are as needed, with durations ranging from 2–3 months to 6–9 months.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
• Must hold a valid independent license in the mental health field (LCSW, MHC, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must pass basic background check and security clearances (CNACI/NACI).

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face counseling to service members and families (individual, couples, family, children).
• Engage with installation communities and support military-connected students and staff.
• Advise on referrals to military and community resources.
• Deliver presentations on social skills development and SEL for children.
