Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks licensed mental health professionals to serve as Mission Ready Reserve MFLCs on a flexible PRN schedule at Fort Riley. Counselors work across military installations and communities to safeguard and enhance mental well-being, addressing adult and CYB needs.

MFLCs provide prevention-focused counseling without insurance requirements or formal treatment plans, embedded with units or schools as needed. Requires master’s in behavioral health and U.S. licensure, plus U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health Professions from an accredited program.
• Current licensure to practice independently in the United States (state license).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face counseling to military Service Members and their families.
• Provide counseling, consultation, and outreach to eligible individuals.
• Support assignments embedded with units, DoW schools, and related settings.
