Job summary

Leidos is hiring licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Military and Family Life Counselor program as Mission Ready Reserve counselors to support Cannon AFB, NM. The role provides non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach to military families in a preventive capacity.

The MRRL MFLC team requires flexibility to pick up shifts locally with the potential for short-term travel. Assignments range from 2–3 months or 6–9 months, with opportunities to serve across a variety of DoD

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD).
• Valid independent license in mental health (LCSW, MHC, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
• U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face counseling to service members and their families (Individual, Couples, Family, and Children).
• Provide non-medical counseling and outreach as part of MFLC program.
• Travel/flexibility for short-term coverage and varying contract length (2–3 months or 6–9 months).
