Job summary

Fleet Mission Readiness Service seeks a hands-on Trainer in Austin, TX to teach, assess, and coach learners on standard SOPs. You’ll deliver classroom training, conduct hands-on sessions, and provide feedback to drive performance in the Mission Readiness team.

Travel up to 25% and a flexible schedule are required to support training events. The role collaborates with Mentors, Training Supervisors, and managers to update training materials and ensure learners become proficient with SOPs and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months as a fully trained member on the Mission Readiness team.
• Proven experience in the AV space (1-3 years).
• Knowledge of Mission Readiness procedures and responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with team and explain technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Teach, demonstrate, and assess day-to-day tasks for learners on the Mission Readiness Service team.
• Facilitate classroom training, provide coaching, and deliver clear feedback to help trainees perform SOPs.
• Review daily performance feedback and address training deficiencies escalated by on-the-job Mentors.
• Grade hands-on assessments and provide feedback to the Training Supervisor and stakeholders.
• Conduct formal audits of operator performance for new and experienced operators.
