Job summary

HireArt is helping our client fill a Trainer - Mission Readiness Service role in Las Vegas. You will deliver classroom and hands-on training to operators, coach performance, and assess readiness to meet SOPs and training requirements.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in the autonomous vehicle industry, with strong communication and the ability to travel up to 25%. Day 1 requires safety boots per ASTM standards, and background checks including MVR and drug screening will be completed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry.
• Pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support training at different locations.
• Day 1: safety boots meeting ASTM F2412/F2413 standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with trainees.
• Able to train, assess, and provide constructive feedback.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training to operators, including demonstrations and coaching.
• Review performance feedback, identify deficiencies, and address concerns.
• Conduct and grade hands-on and simulated assessments; report results.
• Perform formal audits of operator performance to ensure SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and instructors to maintain consistency.
• Update training materials to reflect current SOPs and requirements.
• Complete a minimum of 8 hours per month in related duties to maintain proficiency.
• Travel to different locations up to 25% to support training activities.
