You will bridge between field users and engineering, guiding deployment planning, training, and field support. You will translate operational feedback into actionable requirements and help evolve the product roadmap, collaborating closely with military operators and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong technical writing for training materials and procedures.
• Experience planning, executing, and evaluating field tests and deployments.
• Ability to translate field feedback into product requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mission Readiness organization, interfacing with operational users and engineering teams.
• Define and improve operational readiness criteria and risk assessments.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute field testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Capture field observations and translate them into actionable product improvements.
