The role oversees scope, cost, schedule, performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with DoD policies and contractual requirements. The candidate will manage HEL Weapon Systems and related programs, collaborate with technical leads, and report to management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing DoD programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and EVM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact with DoD customers, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Lead program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Manage program teams across engineering, logistics, security, and support functions.
• Develop program documentation such as PM Plans, risk registers, and briefs.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and EVM metrics.
• Prepare and present program status reports and reviews.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and contract modifications.
