You will master the system, train users, and collaborate with developers to drive improvements, with duties spanning field testing, training material development, and customer support. Successful candidates have 3+ years in defense tech, strong technical writing, and the ability to translate feedback into actionable product requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in mission readiness, field testing, or defense tech.
• Experience with hardware and software systems such as robotics.
• Strong technical writing skills and training material development.
• Ability to operate in DoD security context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field testing to validate system performance and readiness.
• Define and refine operational readiness criteria and assess deployment risks.
• Support field evaluations and customer exercises in real environments.
• Develop training programs and documentation for system operation.
• Lead customer training sessions and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Translate observations into actionable product requirements.
