Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leader in workforce solutions, seeks a Mission Readiness Associate 1 in Atlanta, GA to join the Mission Readiness / Base Operations Department. You will ensure vehicles and equipment are ready for daily operations, perform fueling and readiness checks, and support logistics across locations.

Candidates should have 2–4 years in operations or logistics, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of work experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and workspaces are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Perform vehicle fueling, mission preparation procedures, and readiness checks.
• Support the movement, storage, and logistics of vehicles and equipment across locations.
• Assist with inventory management and readiness of spare parts.
• Provide operational and technical support, including testing activities, documentation, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1, you will be part of the Mission Readiness / Base Operations Department supporting the Mission Readiness, Vehicle Operations, and Parts Inventory teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a sense of urgency, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
