Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Accountant in McLean, VA to support a critical mission program. You will work within a dedicated accounting team to ensure program accuracy, compliance, and throughput, applying forensic skills to trace and resolve past issues.

Close collaboration with program managers and leadership will drive improvements in output and quality. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph and a bachelor's degree, with 5+ years’ IC accounting experience;

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph is required.
• Five years delivering finance or accounting support to the Intelligence Community (IC).
• CPA certification and/or advanced degree are preferred.
• Eight years of federal financial environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business infrastructure for a complex priority program within the mission delivery team.
• Ensure program accuracy, compliance, and throughput.
• Use forensic skills to identify, trace, and resolve prior issues and inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive initiatives to improve overall program output and quality.
