Guidehouse is seeking a Partnership and Transition Subject Matter Expert in Bethesda, MD. You will help stand up, integrate, and sustain a Partnership and Transition Office to turn high-risk research into mission impact.

Required are active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a technical master’s (Bachelor’s acceptable with 5+ years mission work), 5+ years PM experience, and 3+ years in a DoD/IC setting. Travel up to 25% and a strong benefits package are offered.

This includes building, managing, and operationalizing R&D partnerships across government, industry ,academia, and international partners to ensure high-risk, high-payoff research transitions effectively to mission impact.**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoW security clearance with a polygraph* Master's degree in a technical field; Bachelor's degree in technical field is acceptable with experience performing FIVE (5) or more years of hands-on mission work* FIVE (5) or more years project management experience across teams, and proficiency in program management principles* THREE (3) or more years work in a mission-focused organization across the DoW or Intelligence Community (IC)**What Would Be Nice to Have:*** Five (5) or more years of mission and/or field experience in the IC* Program or project management certificationThe annual salary range for this position is $115,200.00-$172,800.00.
