Mission Planner/Scheduler

The Opportunity:

Join CACI as a Mission Planner/Mission Scheduler and work in a high-speed resource management position designed to collaborate, coordinate, and optimize resource capabilities across multiple missions.

Note: These positions require 4-6 months of training and certification in Colorado before starting in Maryland. Maryland will be the permanent place of work following training completion.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical solutions to complex mission management problems.
  2. Work with minimal supervision following established procedures and develop new solutions for mission situations.
  3. Interact with multiple customers, both on and off-site.
  4. Undergo a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  5. Produce and execute Mission Plans, Schedules, and related activities involving operation, tasking, and tuning of mission assets.
  6. Develop detailed plans and procedures for mission support, including system collection, execution, and performance analysis.
  7. Build schedules based on detailed plans to optimize mission execution.

Qualifications:

Required:

  1. Typically holds a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
  2. Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  3. Strong communication skills, highly motivated, and mission/team oriented.
  4. Effective communication with local senior management and remote personnel.
  5. Ability to work in high-stress, near-real-time environments with strong technical skills.
  6. Proficiency with multiple computer software applications.
  7. Experience with UNIX, web-based applications, operational chat rooms, SUN and/or Linux workstations, satellites, and payload configurations.

Desired:

  1. Previous certification in mission management disciplines or SIGINT analysis.
  2. Prior DoD SIGINT Analyst and Reporting experience.

Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $85,800 - $180,200, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications.
