Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee worship and religious programs, plan outreach, and coordinate daily Corps operations. You will recruit and supervise volunteers, manage budgets, and build community relationships to further Salvation Army missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Three years of mission work or program development experience.
• Active, uniform-wearing Salvation Army member in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of The Salvation Army mission and Bible teachings.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship and religious programs for multiple age groups.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate day-to-day Corps operations.
• Develop outreach plans and supervise volunteers.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for Corps programs.
• Monitor budgets and ensure program accountability.
• Build relationships with the local community to advance mission.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Three years of mission work or program development experience

Knowledge of Salvation Army regulations

Bible knowledge and teaching ability
