Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: Leadership in youth/adult ministry or faith-based social services preferred.
• Certifications/Licenses: None

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Corps/community outreach and youth programs.
• Oversee curriculum development and schedule planning for enrichment activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers.
• Manage program budgets and reporting, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with pastoral care and local committees.
• Support special events as needed.
