• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute for education.
• Experience leading youth or adult ministry with increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Corps and Community Outreach through outreach programming and curriculum development.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring safe, engaging environments.
• Assist with budget prep and monitor program revenues and expenses within guidelines.
• Maintain monthly center reports and track volunteer hours.
