Planet is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead large, cross-team programs across product, engineering, Space Systems, and customers. You will translate roadmaps into structured execution plans, manage schedules, risks, and milestones, and clearly communicate status to stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or program management experience in SaaS, platform development, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across a broad organization.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments with scalable processes and frameworks.
• Experience with the product life cycle from concept to end-of-life.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end program execution across multiple teams for successful releases.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable milestones and schedules.
• Translate requirements clearly between business and technical stakeholders.
