Job summary

JT4, LLC in Nevada seeks a Mission Operations Scheduler II to coordinate test program objectives and airspace requirements for flight-test operations under limited supervision.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, de-conflicting assets, coordinating travel and staging, monitoring airspace activity, inputting data, and ensuring safety and security parameters are maintained. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experienced in using computer terminals and word processing.
• Proficient with integrated software applications.
• Must be able to work long hours, shift work, overnight stays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test program objectives and data requirements with project officer/test director.
• Assist in developing weekly, monthly, and 90-day flying schedules.
• De-conflict flight-test assets to meet objectives for day and night operations.
• Schedule airspace for personnel travel and material preparation for tests.
• Input air operations data into a single source document and monitor airspace activity.
• Ensure safety and security parameters are maintained and coordinate changes in real-time operations.
