Job summary

Jobtailor in Colorado seeks a Tier I help desk specialist with an active Top Secret clearance to support intelligence community missions. You will troubleshoot issues, deliver user training at the Denver facility, and travel to client sites for on-site sessions.

You will also conduct virtual training, demonstrate software to government leadership, capture defects, and participate in development meetings to ensure software meets real-world operations.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required with Poly (as per job requirements).
• Minimum 5 years of Military or Intelligence Community experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service roles and training delivery.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier I help desk support and monitor help desk platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and analytical workflows for clients.
• Conduct classroom training at the Denver facility.
• Travel to customer locations for on-site training delivery (up to 25%).
• Facilitate virtual training sessions for remote users.
• Provide software demonstrations to government leadership during meetings.
• Represent user perspectives in development meetings to align software with real-world needs.
• Test and evaluate pre-release software; triage and capture defects.
