Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Operations Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to lead the deployment of hardware and personnel globally. You will partner with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations to deploy the right assets at the right time to ensure mission success.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/logistics, an active Secret clearance, and travel up to 25%. You will mentor a team and drive continuous process improvements within a fast-growing defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management.
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Willing to travel up to 25% (including short notice).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth and Technical Operations leads to ensure deployments are executed successfully.
• Own and manage the Deployment Operations lifecycle for all deployments within your business line.
• Communicate status using tools (JIRA, Oracle, Odoo) and channels (Slack, email, meetings).
• Create structured deployment plans and ensure correct people and hardware are in the right place.
• Identify obstacles, problem-solve, and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Lead and mentor the Operations & Logistics Associates on your team.
• Drive continuous improvement of Deployment Operations processes.
