Job summary

Nightwing seeks an experienced, cleared Systems Integrator Expert to provide administrative and operational support to a mission center in the Sterling, VA area.

The role requires deep knowledge of customer field environments, coordination of daily activities, and management of briefings and communications with Sponsor programs. Travel to CONUS locations up to 10% is expected; a TS/SCI clearance with Poly is required on day one.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a senior staff/communications role.
• Experience with field tactical and operational communications systems.
• Ability to travel CONUS up to 10% as required.
• Requires TS/SCI clearance with Poly on day one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for all office actions and data calls.
• Create and coordinate responses to actions and taskings; consolidate into a coherent response.
• Maintain knowledge of client communications and messaging systems.
• Provide administrative support to the office and personnel.
• Track procurement and logistics to meet office needs.
• Help develop and present briefings and deliverables for Sponsor.
