Job summary

Ascension in Wichita, KS seeks a senior leader to guide cross‑functional Mission Integration strategies, oversee budgets, and ensure accountable execution across ministries.

You will partner with the MME and SVP Mission Integration to set priorities, drive integration centers, and strengthen ties with Dioceses and Catholic communities.

This role requires executive presence, robust decision‑making, and the ability to translate vision into operational plans, timelines, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience, including 5 years in leadership/management.
• Experience leading healthcare or ministry-related organizations is preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and implementation of strategic processes and services associated with Mission Integration Centers of Expertise.
• Establishes the Mission Integration Plan and its strategic priorities with timelines and deliverables.
• Fosters integrated understanding of Sponsorship and the ministries' origins, and shares responsibility for legacy.
• Serves as a strategic partner to the MME in relationships with local Dioceses and the Catholic community.
