Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking an experienced Mission Leader to provide executive Mission Integration leadership across the Health Ministry. The role drives the implementation of mission activities, CIA, and ethics programs in alignment with system priorities and Catholic Identity.

You will collaborate with spiritual care leadership and report to the Mission Strategy Partner with dual reporting to Health Ministry CEOs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an in-depth knowledge of Catholic theology and ethics particularly as applied to Catholic health care.
• Experience in nurturing the Catholic identity of an organization through understanding and applying Catholic social teachings.
• Must demonstrate skill and experience in strategic thinking, program/project management, process improvement and organizational/change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Integration strategies and essential services across ministries.
• Ensure alignment of mission with system-level priorities and operational plans.
• Collaborate with Spiritual Care leadership to integrate chaplaincy into ministry.
• Represent Mission Integration in board and executive leadership discussions.
• Oversee ethical and religious directives implementation and CIA activities.
