Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) seeks a Mission Integration Branch Chief and Lead Project Manager for Acquisitions & Systems Integration at Fort Meade, MD. You will supervise a diverse team, manage complex IMS schedules, and guide acquisition strategies from SOWs to vendor performance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
• TS/SCI clearance preferred; SCI access upon hire may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervisory leadership to a multi-disciplinary branch of Project Managers, CORs, ISSMs, KM specialists, and analysts; establish performance standards and mentor staff.
• Lead Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), perform critical path analyses, and manage program risk registers.
• Formulate acquisition strategies and author SOWs/PWS; evaluate contractor proposals and oversee vendor deliverables against SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of capabilities from engineering to operational stakeholders and mission partners.
• Develop and defend program spend plans, lifecycle cost estimates, and budget allocations.
• Coordinate with product engineering, cyber authorities, operations, and agency leaders to align fielding timelines.
• Implement governance, milestone reviews, and QA to ensure compliance before fielding.
