Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Experience with DoD budgeting and financial management is preferred.
• Security clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI is required or as listed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute annual and multi-year budgets for assigned programs.
• Prepare and consolidate budget estimates, narrative justifications, and projected funding needs.
• Analyze program plans and funding for changes or gaps; recommend reprogramming actions.
• Monitor obligations and expenditures; ensure compliance with fiscal law and policy.
• Participate in mid-year and end-of-year budget reviews.
• Utilize GFEBS/DAI for financial functions and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management submission.
• Resolve transaction errors within GFEBS/DAI and related systems.
• Prepare funding documents for contract actions (e.g., DRCH, MIPRs, G-Invoicing).
• Track contract obligations and expenditures across contract types; support closeout with CORs.
