Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Program Budget Analyst II to support DoD budgeting programs in Maryland. The role requires knowledge of DoD PPBE, DoD 7000.14-R and ERP systems like GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, and CCaR.

You will analyze budgets and coordinate with program managers and Comptroller offices to post and reconcile data. The position involves developing funding strategies, preparing funding documents across APA, OPA, RDTE, OMA and OCO, and ensuring accurate budget execution and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business.
• Minimum four years of budgeting experience.
• Seven years in budget/financial/accounting can substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in GFEBS, LMP, PMRT and CCaR; provide SME support and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide budget analysis and financial management services; coordinate postings and reconciliations.
• Support PPBES budget formulation with review and integration of reports and documents.
• Analyze execution and consolidate reporting in DoD FMRegulations and related standards.
• Prepare responses to data calls and support external inquiries; develop funding strategies and documents.
