nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Facility Configuration Engineer to join our Mission Engineering team at the Missile Defense Integration & Operations Center (MDIOC) in Colorado Springs, CO.

This on-site role supports facility CM governance and baselining. You will lead change management activities, oversee configuration items, conduct site surveys for CM audits, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Quality to resolve findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Responsible Engineer duties regarding Facility CIs.
• Oversee lifecycle of facility change requests and guide CM workflow.
• Baselining configuration items into MDIOC baselines and requirements.
• Lead CM audits and site surveys to verify configuration integrity.
• Mentor CM teammates and deliver CM training programs.
• Collaborate with Quality to resolve findings and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain training programs for CM processes and improve workflows.
