Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. is seeking a Facility Configuration Engineer to join the Mission Engineering team at the MDIOC on-site in Colorado Springs. You will manage facility configuration items, baselines, and change requests, ensuring CM requirements are met through government and contractor reviews.

You will mentor teammates, deliver CM training, and drive continuous improvement in the MDIOC technical baseline. A STEM degree and 3+ years CM experience are required, with a Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of full-time professional CM experience.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizen required.
• Experience with CM planning, baselining, change management, and metrics.
• Experience with EIA-649-C is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead with Responsible Engineer duties for Facility CIs.
• Oversee lifecycle of facility change requests and CM requirements.
• Baselining configuration items into MDIOC baselines.
• Guide CM activities through government/contractor reviews.
• Lead site surveys for CM audits and integrity validation.
• Mentor CM teammates and drive process improvements.
• Develop and deliver CM training programs.
