Responsibilities

• Monitor HVAC, electrical, steam, and water infrastructure performance for reliability and compliance.
• Conduct continuous performance analysis to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve system performance and reduce costs.
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling input.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to translate findings into actions.
• Analyze failure modes and downtime to drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Contribute to lifecycle planning and upgrades for major equipment.
