Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented Mission Engineer to join our Sensor to Shooter Mission Engineering team. The role is stationed at customer locations and focuses on solving mission-focused operational problems through scripts, models, automations, and on-site expertise.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience, 5+ years in mission capability, and 5+ years with DoD analysis tools and visualization apps, plus an active TS clearance and strong communication

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience.
• 5+ years of mission capability experience.
• 5+ years of experience with common DoD analysis and visualization applications.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and integrate capabilities into Sensor to Shooter workflows, capturing customer needs and providing onsite expertise.
• Develop scripts, models, automations, and other techniques to close mission gaps.
• Communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and customers; work in small teams or independently.
• Travel in support of exercises or surge requirements as needed.
