Grey Matters Defense Solutions, LLC in Hawaii is seeking a skilled Mission Engineer to join our Sensor to Shooter Mission Engineering team. You will be stationed at customer locations and integrate capabilities into mission workflows, using your analytic and software development background.

Ideal candidates hold an active Top Secret clearance and 8+ years of IC/DoD experience, with 5+ years in mission capability and proficiency in Python, R, or Java.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 8+ years IC/DoD analyst experience.
• 5+ years mission capability experience.
• 5+ years experience with common DoD analysis and visualization applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and integrate capabilities into Sensor to Shooter workflows, capturing customer needs and providing onsite expertise.
• Develop scripts, models, automations, and other techniques to close mission gaps.
• Ideal additions are broadly experienced across data types and intelligence disciplines and are motivated problem-solvers.
• Willingness to travel to support exercises and surge requirements at customer locations.
