Grey Matters Defense Solutions is seeking a talented Mission Engineer to join our Sensor to Shooter team, stationed at customer locations and working to solve mission-focused problems.

The ideal candidate will have an active Top Secret clearance, 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience, and 5+ years of mission capability and DoD tools experience. Travel to support exercises and customer requirements is required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• 8+ years IC/DoD analyst experience.
• 5+ years mission capability experience.
• 5+ years experience with DoD analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Create and integrate capabilities into Sensor to Shooter workflows, capturing customer needs and providing onsite expertise through scripts, models, automations, and other techniques.
• Work within a team and with customers to solve mission-focused problems.
• Travel to support exercises, surge requirements, and customer needs.
