Job summary

Grey Matters Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mission Engineer to join our Sensor to Shooter team. The role involves delivering on-site support, developing scripts and models, and integrating capabilities into mission workflows across diverse data types and intelligence disciplines.

Ideal candidates have a TS clearance, 8+ years of IC/DoD analyst experience, and strong communication skills to collaborate with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• 8+ years IC/DoD analyst experience.
• 5+ years of mission capability experience.
• 5+ years of experience with DoD analysis and visualization tools.
• Excellent communication with peers, leadership and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and integrate capabilities into Sensor to Shooter workflows.
• Capture customer needs and provide onsite expertise through scripts, models, automations.
• Collaborate within a team and independently to solve mission problems.
• Travel as needed to support exercises and customer requirements.
