Job summary

Nou Systems is seeking a Senior Mission Engineer to join the Engineering Services Division in Arlington, VA. You will lead mission engineering studies, analyze warfighting concepts, and develop digital models to evaluate alternatives.

Responsibilities include communicating results to senior leadership, building models with AFSIM, and guiding cross‑functional teams. US citizenship and Top Secret/SCI eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 7+ years in operations research focusing on mission engineering or related areas.
• 5+ years presenting complex technical findings to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute mission engineering studies across concepts and environments.
• Develop digital models and analyze measures of effectiveness.
• Communicate recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage diverse groups.
• Develop and execute terms of reference or statements of work.
