Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project seeks a transformative Vice President of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, & Enterprise Architecture to lead security, infrastructure, and architectural strategy. You will drive multi-year roadmaps, align with enterprise governance, and mentor senior technology leaders in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Required twelve years in IT, eight years in management, and a track record of cloud modernization, budgeting, and governance.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or related technology disciplines.
• Eight years of IT management experience, including responsibility for multiple technology functions such as cybersecurity, infrastructure operations, cloud services, enterprise architecture, engineering, or technology operations.
• Experience leading cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, cybersecurity maturity, and enterprise architecture initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture functions.
• Lead through directors by setting priorities and developing senior technology leaders.
• Remove barriers and serve as executive escalation point for strategic decisions.
• Establish a clear vision and roadmap balancing security, infrastructure and architectural objectives.
• Guide development and execution of cybersecurity, infrastructure and architecture strategies and investments.
• Oversee platform modernization for scalability, reliability, and service quality.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams to align planning and execution.
• Participate in training and organizational development programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
