Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project seeks a Vice President of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture in Cincinnati, OH. Lead strategic technology directions, oversee security, infrastructure, and architecture programs, and partner with executive leadership to align investments with the mission.

You will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence while guiding large-scale modernization and risk-management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience in information technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, or related disciplines.
• Eight years of IT management experience overseeing multiple technology functions such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or similar are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, vision, and strategic direction across Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture functions.
• Lead through directors and senior directors, setting priorities and developing senior technology leaders.
• Remove organizational barriers and serve as the executive escalation point for strategic decisions and cross-functional technology challenges.
• Establish a unified vision and roadmap balancing security, infrastructure, and architectural objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies, capabilities, and investments to address threats and evolving business needs.
• Guide modernization efforts to improve scalability, reliability, automation, and service quality.
• Collaborate with IT governance to align planning with enterprise governance frameworks.
• Participate in required trainings and leadership meetings.
