Job summary

The Global Orphan Project in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with department leaders, identify staffing needs, and source mission-aligned talent across the organization. This role will post openings, screen applicants, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment workflow.

Responsibilities include managing pre-boarding, background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation, plus HR reporting and participation in broader HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field required.
• 5+ years recruiting experience with HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage job openings in Paycom ATS and postings on Careers pages.
• Screen candidates for culture and capability alignment and assist hiring managers.
• Oversee pre-boarding, background checks, offer letters, onboarding docs.
• Lead or co-lead New Hire Orientation and HR reporting dashboards.
