Job summary

Global Prairie is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Kansas City, MO to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will partner with hiring leaders and the People & Operations team to identify talent needs, engage top candidates, and ensure a smooth recruiting process while growing a values-aligned team.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, with a compensation range aligned to market and opportunities at an employee‑owned firm.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years as a recruiter, headhunter, or similar role.
• Proven success in building qualified candidate pipelines and filling roles.
• Experience in marketing, communications or advertising agency preferred.
• Experience with BambooHR ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview and Handshake preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Global Prairie ATS, ensuring records and workflows are up-to-date.
• Manages candidate outreach, screeners, interviews, feedback, and communications for a positive candidate experience.
• Develops recruiting strategies with People & Operations for full-time and part-time roles.
• Drafts and maintains job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and requirements.
• Posts positions across platforms and promotes opportunities via sourcing channels.
• Builds proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
