Job summary

MITRE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing professional to build pipelines and attract top talent across disciplines, aligning with MITRE's mission. You will partner with recruiters and managers to develop targeted strategies, engaging passive candidates through networks, events, and advanced sourcing tools.

You will pre-screen, track metrics, and continuously improve sourcing processes while traveling occasionally to connect with talent across sites and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive research roles.
• 2+ years of experience in mid-to senior level talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with advanced search techniques, Boolean strings, and online research methods.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through networks, communities, and events.
• Use sourcing tools, AI-assisted search platforms, and CRM to discover and track candidates.
• Pre-screen and qualify candidates to ensure alignment with MITRE's mission and technical requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities against metrics.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve tools and processes.
• Stay current with sourcing trends and market intelligence.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach reflecting MITRE's values.
