Wellpath is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient care in a clinical setting across our facilities in the United States. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses to support patient education and activities within your scope of practice.

The role emphasizes strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration with a warm, supportive team. Licensing requirements in the state of employment and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum one year clinic experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure in state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with the nursing team.
• Administer medications and perform routine procedures.
• Document nursing encounters in SOAP per policy.
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings.
